Meeting & Event Space

From networking events to seminars, team training or small Meetups, our space is capable to
host you! Our doors are ultimately open to bright people. We offer coffee, beer on tap, wine and
water. Music in all our rooms surrounded by bright windows and modern furniture. It is for sure
one of the most modern and open spaces you will find in Winnipeg. PS: we also host cocktail
parties and fancy dinners! Max occupancy is 120pp

Our rooms are included in your membership or can be rented apart from it. They can be booked
online to reserve during our normal business hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We offer flexible
before/after hours and weekends as well. To schedule outside of our normal business hours,
please email hello@launch1460.ca or fill out our event form by clicking here.
***Cancellation policy on events/meeting room bookings: We must be notified 72 hours prior
(from the time the event/meeting room booking starts) in order to receive a refund.***

Boardroom (Collaborate)

Our Boardroom, and meeting rooms are structured perfectly to break away from the typical
corporate meeting space with wireless screens, whiteboard and conference phone call.
Boardroom seats up to 16 people and can be home for formal meetings or small team “get
together”.

If your coffee shop meetings do not fit your business anymore, and you desire a change of scenery for an offsite meeting, we offer a variety of spaces that can serve your team or can be used for private interviews.

Presentation Room

The space can be set up with soft seating for a relaxing and informal meeting, semi-circles, or rearranged for a classroom, or in a set up for a formal professional. Chairs and tables can easily be moved around to fit whatever flow you desire.This room displays whiteboard and wall wide power point screening. It can seat up to 40pp.

Phone booths

We have soundproof phone booths for private calls and video conferencing.

Kitchen area

Our functional kitchen has all the basics you need! Microwave, cups, cutlery, fridge, lunch table and dishwasher.

Library + Lounge

With two comfortable lounge chairs, you can put your legs up or read a book in our “Take one, leave one” communal library.

Half-pipe + Turf area

If your team likes informal and likes to work “outside of the box” style. You can make a meeting our quick break in our turf area.
